BLN Telemedicine Program does not replace the primary care physician. BLN Telemedicine Program is not an insurance product nor a prescription fulfillment warehouse. BLN Telemedicine Program operates subject to state regulation and may not be available in certain states.

BLN Telemedicine Program Prescription Policy: Doctors providing consultations for BLN members offer prescriptions for a wide range of products that deliver direct medicinal value. These include, but are not limited to, drugs classified as antibiotics and antihistamines. Convenience prescriptions for maintenance medicines may also be obtained in cases where a member is in transition to a new insurance plan, doctor, or traveling.

Medical and Dermatology have unlimited visits with no copays or consultation fees, Behavioral Health includes 3 clinical hours per year.

REFUNDS
BLN offers a three (3) day right of rescission from the date of subscription purchase. After (3) days, BLN will not provide any refunds/credits. The (3) day right of rescission period is only valid for the first month of your subscription. After your first subscription month, your subscription may be canceled at any time before the monthly renewal date, and your subscription will not be renewed for the next month. You will not be refunded any of the monthly subscription rates charged to you for that month.
